When I started the ordering process on December 9th I was hopeful that it would be here around Christmas time. Unfortunately the price inflation and the lengthy process will most certainly prevent me from ordering with MDG again. My order was not shipped out until January 6th and still hasn't arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the product.
However the customer service has beed good for the most part. Using UPS standard after paying extra for expedited process is wrong. The service should include faster shipping with better tracking. I have to waste a whole day waiting for a package to sign because they wont give me a fair time frame the package will be delivered because after paying extra i still have standard shipping. Its wrong, either include faster shipping with the processing time or dont do it at all.

Please stay away from. Their cheaper prices are made up in their bank accounts by selling as new and not backing up! Heading to the courthouse tomorrow to try and file a small claims suit against them! All the items are brand NEW and come from the manufacturer to us, to you. I dealt with them a few years back and their customer service was very very bad. Not only they are incompetent but they tried to sell me a broken laptop. I could only see that the hinge was broken when I closed the laptop and it was obvious that there was something very wrong. Other interactions were also bad. They are so rude and condescending I could not believe what I was seeing.
